Join the HPMG analytics department working with developers, analysts, consultants and physicians to document work flows, process automation, technical manuals and user guides/online user guides.
JOB DUTIES
Responsible for the day-to-day operations, management and evolution of an enterprise data warehouse and BI components.
Designs and develops robust and efficient ETL processes.
Responsible for activities involved in the analysis, design, development, troubleshooting, debugging and maintenance of an enterprise data warehouse system.
Establishes and enforces database standards, guidelines, procedures and quality assurance for database deliverables such as conceptual design, logical data model capacity planning, external data interface specs, data loading, data maintenance plan and security.
Provides technical leadership and mentoring to others on the team.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or Computer Science and 5 years of experience in enterprise data warehouse DBA with 3 years in ETL and data modeling tools
Experience in Business Intelligence tools and/or OLAP tools.
Minimum 4 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or higher, SQL Server Integration (SSIS) 2005/2008, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) with the ability to design and build packages including performance tuning and analysis.
Must possess strong desire to work hands-on developing data warehouse functions and ETL solutions.
