The Senior Data Management Analyst, will be a part of the Business Analytics team at Ready Logistics, responsible for working with the Business Leaders to support key business initiatives that drive growth and improve efficiencies in operations and supply chain, through data analytics. They will be responsible for designing and developing Analytics and Visualizations to facilitate a deeper understanding and actions through Data, Metrics and KPI Dashboards. They would be responsible for understanding our business process, deep dive into data, build charts, dashboards, metrics and trend reporting, performing predictive analytics and monitoring, adjusting and updating scoring models, and providing financial data for analysis and review by executive management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Should be proficient in data querying tools in order to explore, source, acquire, blend and prepare data.
Be proficient in concepts around the Data Warehousing and ODS concepts. Have technical experience in order to be able to work with the data engineering teams to build data objects that are essential to serving the business needs.
Create visualizations and dashboards for business user review, providing meaningful interpretations for action.
Ability to lead conversations and facilitate group sessions to educate users on the analytics outcomes as well as gather requirements.
Work with business users to review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user’s needs to ensure all business requirements have been met, documenting findings and communicating appropriately.
Be able to work with the corporate data science teams to drive building and modifying advanced analytics models.
The selected individual must be highly motivated and have skills in business analysis as well as data analysis.
Candidate should have a proven track record of being able to plan, prioritize, estimate, and deliver projects and work efforts on time.
Willing to learn new tools and technologies to be able to work effectively in a rapid growth environment with changing needs and requirements.','','','!*!Skills and Experience Required:

Microsoft Office, including advanced MS Excel is required
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred working with Information and Data in a business environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
