SQL Server DBA Healthcare / Insurance Domain

Profile

We are looking for Senior SQL Server DBA who has worked on Healthcare / Insurance domain familiar about the Claims data.
Responsible for:
Overall responsible for accuracy and completeness of data import, data store and reports.
Owns the Database for SymphonyCare product: including Conceptual, Logical, and Physician Data model
Architect all DB related aspects of a new client implementation
Responsible to architect DB for client specific DB changes and new features
Responsible for maintaining master documents
Owns data import from admin, financial and clinical data sources
Owns back end SQLs that produce quality reports such as HEDIS, ACO and custom reports
Architects stored procs and SQLs to minimize CPU usage and maximize speed of the application
Skill sets & Qualifications:
At least a bachelor's degree in in Computer Science a must.
Expert at SQL Server 2008 and above including SSRS and SSAS
15 years of experience in SQL database design and production maintenance and support.
Thorough understanding of SQL Server and the Windows operating systems as it relates to database administration.
Proficiency at SQL programming
Thorough understanding of SQL Jobs, DTS Packages, SSIS package design and deployment, and SSRS report deployment.
Familiarity with SQL Server Profiler and Windows Performance Monitor.
Experience with backup/restore, code deployment, performance monitoring and tuning.
Proficient with SQL Server client, administrative tools and data modeling tools (e.g., Toad)
Proficient in writing, maintaining and optimizing complex SQL
At least 8 years of managing healthcare data (ANSI X12, EDI, 837, professional and facility claims, billing information, clinical information and eligibility)
Must have worked with health plans or health systems or healthcare analytics firm in a similar responsibility in the past 5 years
Knowledge of HL7 an added advantage
