Earned Value Analyst / Database Administrator
Provide Earned Value (EV) Cobra System Administration on a significant Space mission within a system that is compliant with the EIA 748C standards. Aggregate EV data in Cobra software by accessing numerous internal business systems and Subcontractor EV reports. Create monthly EV reports per contractual deliverable requirements. Maintain standard EV logs.
Aggregate EV data in Cobra software - Responsibilities include working with Project Leadership to set up the WBS and Work Package structure in Cobra system. Interfacing with several different sources to gain access to necessary data [Resource & Management Information System (RMIS), MS Project Server, Visual Enterprise Resource Planning (VERP)]. Importing BCWS data into Cobra and accessing quality. Importing monthly ACWP and BCWP data into Cobra and accessing quality. Adjusting BCWS data periodically in reaction to Baseline Change Requests (BCRs).
Create monthly EV reports - Development and distribution of monthly IPMR Formats 1 (CPR) IPMR Format 3 (Baseline), and IPMR Format 5 Template (Variance Analysis Report Template ready for CAM input).
Maintain Standard EV logs - Maintain Management Reserve (MR), BCR Baseline Change Request (BCR), and Baseline Budget logs.

Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience.
Experience with Cobra reporting software.
Proficient in the use of project management scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
Background in EV. Experience working in the development and implementation of EVMS that is compliant with the EIA 748C standards. Familiar with the tracking and analysis of BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, BAC and EAC.
Highly motivated self-starter, capable of independent operations and attention to detail.
Excellent MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint proficiency.
Demonstrated oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
Experience with PM Compass reporting tool preferred.
Experience with EMPOWER analysis reporting tool preferred.
Working towards Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
