POSITION SUMMARY: The candidate will work as a Business Analyst for the Global Supply Chain Planning Systems. PVH is implementing and utilizes several JDA supply chain planning applications with the overall objective to implement a common, standardized model across our Retail and Wholesale businesses. A successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of business processes in the area of Inventory and Supply Planning. The candidate will continually improve our customized JDA solution using Fulfillment and Enterprise Supply Planning solution for future deployment of our multi-year roadmap. PVH follows a strict system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management process for the deployment of new systems and enhancements. A successful candidate will have the ability to document current process flows, understand the current and future business requirements, and develop future process flow design documentation. This role focuses primarily in the Global Supply Chain and Logistics area of the organization. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Participate in solution review sessions with stakeholders, end users and other IT teams; Partner with business, IT, and consultant project teams to ensure business and IT objectives are understood. Provide support for the implementation and coordinate with testing teams to incorporate the established plans into integration testing processes. Diagnose business issues by using established methodologies and tools; collect and define the scope of the initiative. Document detail requirement and functional specifications to ensure business requirements are met with standard or custom JDA solutions. Documenting project, enhancements, and requests requirement for all initiatives. Work closely with technical development team to ensures functional and business requirements are met with technical specifications. Provide hands on production support for JDA Global Planning systems Troubleshoot application issues and provide on-going support. Engage technical teams based on project requirements; ensure each stage of the process is compliance with PVH standards. Work with senior team member to develop detailed testing scripts for team members to follow during testing of fixes and enhancements. Assess solution effectiveness through established performance metrics. ________________________________________________________________ QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, preferably in the apparel industry Minimum of 3 years of experience deploying supply chain visibility applications, preferably JDA In-depth knowledge of business processes related to fulfillment and enterprise supply planning Experience with business process design Exposure to project management methodologies preferred Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field is required. Skills: Demonstrate knowledge of alignment between business practices and technologies. Functional knowledge of processes and methodologies. Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; Strong customer, quality, and results orientation. Ability to articulate complex ideas, comprehends written and verbal communications, and possesses excellent presentation skills.
