The Data Management (DM) discipline ensures the Contract Data Requirement List/Subcontract Data Requirement List (CDRL/SDRL) are identified, recorded, assigned to appropriate disciplines, and tracked IAW SP0038 (Formal Data Management).
DM creates and monitors the CDRL/SDRL submittal schedule. DM resolves data issues, distributes schedule notices for pending data submittals to assure on-time delivery and creates status reports for management review and action. DM reviews the deliverable program data to determine completeness and submits to the customer as specified in the contract.

U. S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U. S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
This position can be a Salary Grade G08 or Salary Grade G09 based on the candidate's qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibility requirements for the position.
The following is a list of Data Management tasks: Program Start-up and Data Management Planning
Statement of Work (SOW) review
Identify data requirements
Flow data requirements down to responsible disciplines and subcontractors
Establish data management guidelines for the program(s) IAW contractual and internal requirements.
Create data delivery schedules
Track and report on CDRL and SDRL status
Review data deliveries to ensure completeness/conformance to contract and internal requirements
Review, capture and deliver data
Conduct post-delivery activities
Calculate, track, and report metrics
Perform contract data closeout activities
Archive CDRL/SDRL approval documentation
4 years of related experience
Experience with MS Word and Excel
U. S. Citizenship is required.
Strong leadership experience, the ability to effectively lead, mentor and grow small teams
Strong understanding of EXIM policies as related to document markings
Self-Starter: willing to learn new tools and work with a variety of technical and non-technical disciplines
Ability to pro-actively interface with team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Data Management Experience
Advanced Excel skills
Prior experience with BOE and proposal support
Control Account Management (CAM) skills
Six Sigma Certified
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent combination of related experience and education (each two years of related experience can substitute for one year of education).
