You will assist in maintaining material master records through the product lifecycle. The primary objective of this position is to extend materials to plants and organization, ensure accuracy and quality of data while creating and maintaining material master throughout the lifecycle process.
Manage the Material Master and workflow to support Finance, Sales and Distribution requirements.
Manage the Vendor Master within JD Edwards and QAD ERP Systems to support Purchasing and Finance.
Analyze and review Material Master to ensure accuracy and perform required data cleansing.
Collaboration with cross functional departments in the development of the company's Master Data Management business rules and processes in support of operational efficiency
Follows and consistently applies the Global Master Data Management guidelines and all company procedures
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Minimum 3 years experience in Data Management, Supply Chain or related field.
MRP Systems experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Applications such as MS Word, Excel and Visio.
SAP, Oracle or other ERP experience
Must be able to travel domestically 10% to 20%
